Unconventional Forms of Sexual Harassment

Just noticed this article on Jezebel about unconventional forms of sexual harassment. Apparently public masturbation is a problem at Tisch Library and the university isn't doing much about it. Thoughts, anyone? A link to the Daily article, too.
