1) The International Center for Tolerance Education (ICTE), Full Time
Intern for International Guest Program

The International Center for Tolerance Education (ICTE) is a
laboratory for innovative ideas in the field of tolerance education
and human rights. The Center seeks to be a vibrant place within the
human rights community and beyond that provides a much-needed forum
for experimentation and dialogue that brings together social change
advocates across countries and disciplines and injects an
entrepreneurial spirit into human rights work.

ICTE also aims to strengthen the field of tolerance education on a
global scale through building a critical mass of like-minded people
and projects so that children and their families can participate in a
vibrant and inclusive society.

After two years, the International Guest Program has become a leading
program at ICTE. The IGP welcomes human rights leaders, peace
educators, action researchers, health workers primarily from the
Global South. These guests come for a three-month residency to work
on a project that focuses on how schools and other institutions for
children educate them to respect diversity and promote tolerance and
social justice. ICTE provides its guests with an office space,
networking opportunities and professional mentorship.

ICTE facilitates conferences, hosts art and photo exhibits, shares
office space with non-profits, houses scholars. ICTE is a Do Tank TM
where networks of communication are established in order to encourage
action.

ICTE is an initiative of The Third Millennium Foundation, a private
foundation located in New York City. The Foundation was founded in
the year 2000 as a commitment to unlearning intolerance in the new
millennium. It makes grants all over the world and focuses on
